The role offers remote, hybrid, or office work with occasional travel to offices for collaboration. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience are preferred; 5+ years is ideal. Competitive benefits included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years relevant, progressively responsible experience.
• 5+ years related experience preferred; or any equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuits, proposals, and business development efforts.
• Coordinate pursuits from start to finish under supervision.
• Develop strategy and content for proposals.
• Ensure all marketing activities meet legal, ethical, and SWCA standards.
• Mentor junior staff and guide new team members.
