Job summary

WestLand Engineering and Environmental Services, a Trinity Consultants team, is seeking a Marketing and Proposal Manager to lead a team and drive marketing initiatives, proposals, and client development across multiple offices in Phoenix, Portland, Seattle, and Tucson.

You will oversee content creation, campaigns, CRM management, and collaborate with Communications and Strategic Projects Manager to ensure branding consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years in marketing and proposal development.
• At least 5 years leading a marketing/proposals team.
• Proven expertise in strategic proposal development and complex offerings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office; Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Oversee content creation for website, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Develop client development strategies and targeted campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with data-driven adjustments.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and presentations across the organization.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate innovative approaches.
• Lead the proposal development process from opportunity identification to submission.
• Drive proposal strategy with content, messaging, and competitive positioning with SMEs.
• Represent the firm at industry events to build brand visibility and credibility.
• Manage CRM strategy and reporting with data quality and insights.
