Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Marketing and 5+ years of marketing operations experience.
• PMP certification or formal project management training preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Office 365.
• Experience building PM systems and dashboards using Smartsheet/Asana/Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the marketing team's PM infrastructure and dashboards.
• Partner with senior leaders to provide visibility into workload, milestones, and dependencies.
• Establish process for intake, prioritization, timelines, and risk identification.
• Track initiatives across campaigns, events, content, launches, and programs.
• Serve as PM for large initiatives like conferences and major launches.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and escalate timing or scope risks.
• Develop executive-ready summaries to support resource decisions.
