Job summary

You will lead cross‑functional teams across business analysis, product sale, implementation, billing reconciliation, and process improvement to meet strategic goals and revenue targets. The role requires 5+ years of related experience, strong PM and stakeholder management, and a track record of delivering complex programs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 3 years of SME in respective areas
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook) and Visio
• PM certification (PMP/CAPM) is highly desired

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain departmental clinical programs, products and services to drive profitability and growth.
• Analyze information and research solutions for strategic initiatives and product development.
• Lead research and implementation of clinical programs; coordinate requirements; oversee timelines.
• Serve as SME for clinical programs; manage deliverables across lifecycle.
• Support sales efforts; facilitate opportunity analyses with clients.
• Promote process improvement; use mapping to capture efficiencies and ROI.
• Utilize assets and processes to meet objectives; update toolkits for teams.
• Support process improvement initiatives; conduct needs assessments and gaps.
• Create project charters, business cases, requirements; obtain approvals.
• Coordinate recruitment of project personnel and allocate resources.
• Manage client communications; attend calls and track billing.
• Ensure timely project timelines across Clinical Service functions.
