This role requires deep understanding of pharmacy leaders at managed care organizations as they evaluate PBM partners. The position focuses on building multi‑channel campaigns, leveraging market insights, and producing thought leadership content to position the company as a trusted

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' SME in respective areas.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on health plan clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends.
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the decision-making funnel, from awareness through retention.
• Analyze market insights to inform campaign strategy, messaging, and channel selection, with a focus on the priorities of decision makers.
• Produce thought leadership content, including webinars, blogs, white papers, and case studies, to position the organization as a trusted resource for decision‑makers.
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance and ensure cohesive messaging across all employer‑facing touchpoints.
• Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, using data‑driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
