Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to lead employer-focused growth marketing within the PBM industry.

You will develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, aligning with sales, product, and analytics teams to drive demand in large and mid-sized employer segments. The role requires a BS/BA and 5+ years of experience, plus strong campaign development, analytics, and marketing automation skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 2 years' SME in respective areas
• Proven track record of campaign development and execution
• Deep expertise in the pharmacy benefit industry, PBM offerings, and competitive landscape
• Experience developing marketing strategies targeting HR decision-makers and especially benefits leaders
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a comprehensive growth marketing plan focused on employer clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market trends
• Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to different stages of the employer decision-making funnel
• Analyze market insights to inform campaign strategy, messaging, and channel selection
• Produce thought leadership content, including webinars, blogs, white papers, and case studies
• Collaborate closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to optimize campaign performance
• Track, measure, and report on campaign effectiveness, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI
