Women’s Accessible Medical Services, P.S. (WAMS) is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to transform marketing strategies into actionable projects.

Reporting to the CEO, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget, aligning with strategic goals and program needs. Responsibilities include defining scope, managing resources and timelines, overseeing budgets, and communicating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of marketing, project management, or related experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with digital marketing, project management tools, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans to support programs, events, and fundraising.
• Manage campaigns, timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Lead marketing team and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Oversee advertising, digital, and event marketing initiatives.
• Track performance metrics, provide reports, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure clear communication with leadership and stakeholders.
