Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an advertising or digital agency.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in Medcomm or Live Meetings.
• Passionate about managing and mentoring a team.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Able to lead by example and apply effective management principles.
• Comfortable juggling client projects with team and department responsibilities.
• Expert-level experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating with stakeholders.
• Effective in remote work via Zoom with internal teammates and clients.
• Strong ability to build rapport quickly and manage multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-time, on-budget completion of agency projects.
• Manage scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource identification processes.
• Balance workload while meeting department needs and client expectations.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and reconciliations; identify risks and scope creep.

Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closeout. This role requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to client requirements. The Sr. Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Responsible for the on-time, on-budget completion of the agency’s projects
• Full understanding of project scoping, budgeting, scheduling, and resource identification processes
• Manage project workload while effectively handling department and staff needs
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and reconciliations of active project work; partner with project and account managers to identify risks, scope creep, and course-correct when needed
• Maintain open communications with the PM team through scheduled and ad hoc meetings
• Independently lead and make decisions that properly balance the needs of the account (clients and internal goals and teams)

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in an advertising or digital agency (please specify related experience in your response)

• Ability to prioritize and consistently handle multiple tasks across multiple clients and teams
• Ability to handle changing priorities while meeting deadlines
• Ability to regularly delegate tasks and understand the strengths of each team member
• Ability to work in the details but also see the big picture
• The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple aspects of a marketing campaign and understanding the entire 360 view with a particular focus on digital
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Ability to keep a cool head and positive attitude when executing tasks across accounts
• Ability to develop project management skills with junior members as our client roster grows
