Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Strategy, or related commercial functions within the CPG/FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, business planning, and change management principles.
