Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
5+ years of diversified financial management experience.
Experience supporting business leaders through financial planning, budget management, and performance tracking.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and insights capabilities.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate Power BI.
Experience with AI-enabled tools is a plus.
CPG/Supply Chain Finance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Cross-functional Business Partnership: collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and other stakeholders to support decisions and drive alignment.
Financial Planning & Value Creation: develop customer and channel strategies, annual plans, and value initiatives.
Performance Management & Business Insights: provide analysis, identify risks, monitor performance, drive actions.
Budget Management & Accountability: manage budgets, P&Ls, and trade investments with ROI focus.
Controls, Strategic Support & Digital Transformation: advise leadership, ensure controls, advance AI-enabled tools.
