Job summary

TMRW Sports, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Team Marketing & Business Operations coordinator to help move work across the League and teams. You will manage schedules, meetings, materials, and information, ensuring teams stay aligned and informed.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in project coordination and excellent communication, with proficiency in Wrike, Monday.com, or Smartsheet. This role reports to the Director, TMBO - Golf, and is based in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in project coordination, business operations, marketing, events, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the League Office and team stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Coordinate schedules, deadlines, meeting materials, and key information across league and team stakeholders.
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, action items, and dependencies.
