Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, marketing, events, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and professional stakeholder engagement.
• Strong project coordination skills with timelines, deliverables, and follow-through.
• Collaborative, relationship-oriented mindset that builds cross-functional partnerships.
• Proactive and resourceful with anticipation of needs and problem solving.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the League Office and team stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely follow-through
• Support teams across a variety of business and operational needs as a coordination resource
• Coordinate and distribute schedules, deadlines, meeting materials, and key information
• Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, action items, and dependencies across TMBO initiatives
• Coordinate recurring and ad hoc meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, notes, and follow-up actions
• Prepare and distribute presentations, briefing materials, and communications for leadership, board, and team meetings
• Maintain project trackers, calendars, stakeholder lists, shared resources, and business documentation
• Proactively identify project risks and drive resolution with cross-functional stakeholders
• Support planning and execution of team meetings, summits, events, matchdays, and strategic initiatives
• Ensure timely communication and information sharing across key priorities
