Working directly with TMR's Communications Manager, this detail-oriented person will help move client work from assignment through completion while keeping projects organized, producing and scheduling content, supporting communications initiatives, and ensuring deadlines and details don't fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities include:
We're looking for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple clients and deadlines, a strong writer and communicator, and able to work independently without requiring constant follow-up.
Experience: Ideally 2–4 years of professional communications, marketing, public relations, social media or related experience. We're looking for someone who already understands how to work in a professional client environment but is still interested in growing their skills and responsibilities.
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week to start. This is a hybrid position with regular in-person time twice a week at TMR's East Haven office.
