Job summary

TMRW Sports is seeking a Business Analyst to drive growth by identifying revenue opportunities, evaluating partnerships, and building robust financial models. You will transform ideas into actionable business cases and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Business Operations, you will support multiple leaders across the company, turning ambiguity into clear, data-driven plans that inform investment and expansion decisions.

Qualifications

• Advanced financial modeling skills to build business cases from limited information.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a structured approach to ambiguity and complexity.
• Experience developing forecasts, ROI analyses, scenario planning models, and growth projections.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation development skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
• Ability to synthesize large amounts of data into concise insights.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through analysis and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new revenue streams, partnerships, and ventures to support growth of TMRW Sports businesses.
• Build financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to assess viability, profitability, and risk.
• Transform early-stage concepts into structured business cases and actionable recommendations.
• Conduct market research, competitive analyses, and industry assessments to identify trends and whitespace.
• Structure complex challenges into clear analyses to support executive decisions.
• Develop quantitative and qualitative business plans detailing opportunity size, operating needs, and financial outcomes.
• Assess partnerships, investment, and M&A opportunities through financial and strategic evaluation.
• Create executive-level presentations communicating findings and recommendations.
• Align proposed initiatives with broader company objectives and long-term value.
• Engage stakeholders to validate assumptions and support early-stage execution.
