Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital, integrated, or growth marketing.
• Experience managing client accounts and strategy.
• Strong full-funnel B2B/B2C marketing knowledge.
• Ability to turn performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating across multiple people or disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and provide direction without owning every execution detail.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall marketing strategy for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Develop full-funnel B2B and B2C strategies based on client goals and audiences.
• Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities and actionable plans.
• Lead quarterly strategy and planning and turn strategy into direction for internal teams.
• Lead client calls and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Analyze performance across channels and connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
• Provide strategic direction and briefs to Marketing Content and Marketing Automation Specialists.
