PNC is seeking a Marketing Lead to support Corporate & Institutional Banking within its Marketing organization. Based in Charlotte, this role will lead segment marketing strategy, leveraging audience insights to scale programs across channels and drive measurable business impact.

The candidate will partner with sales, digital, and paid media teams to execute campaigns, content, and experiences that convert prospects while managing budgets and ensuring compliance with legal and risk requirements.

Qualifications

• Advertising, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Strategies, Negotiation, Results-Oriented are key skills anticipated.
• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
