Job summary

Cell Signaling Technology is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Marketing for BioPharma & CRO solutions in the United States. You will lead a small team, shape the portfolio strategy, and drive go-to-market plans tailored to BioPharma and CRO buyers.

You will translate customer insights into differentiated messaging, pricing strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to meet regulatory and procurement needs in this segment.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Intelligence: Develop deep understanding of BioPharma and CRO segments, quantify size, growth drivers, and trends.
• Team Leadership: Lead and coach a two-person team, align with Custom Solutions Lead on strategy and execution.
• Portfolio Strategy & Expansion: Manage and expand the antibody-based portfolio roadmap for BioPharma discovery and clinical applications.
• Go-to-Market Execution: Create campaigns, collateral, and training to drive adoption among BioPharma and CRO buyers.
• Customer Engagement: Build relationships with bio/pharma customers and KOLs to validate messaging and guide roadmap.
