Job summary

Cell Signaling Technology, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Strategic Marketing for BioPharma & CRO solutions.

You will lead a two-person team responsible for portfolio strategy, messaging, and go-to-market execution, focusing on antibody-based products and customized services for BioPharma and CRO segments. This role reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into differentiated value propositions and

Qualifications

Advanced degree in life sciences required or equivalent.
10+ years in the life sciences industry with hands-on antibody‑based products/services.
5+ years managing a portfolio including service offerings.
Direct BioPharma/CRO experience or close partnerships.

Responsibilities

Develop market strategy and competitive intelligence for BioPharma and CRO segments.
Lead and coach a small product-focused team to execute portfolio strategy.
Own end-to-end portfolio roadmap and commercialization for antibody-based products and custom services.
Define pricing, contracting, and tiered service models for BioPharma and CRO buyers.
Create go-to-market campaigns and develop sales tools aligned with segment workflows.
