Cell Signaling Technology (CST) seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Marketing for BioPharma & CRO solutions. You will lead a two-person team, shape the antibody-based portfolio, and translate scientific insights into differentiated messaging and go-to-market execution for BioPharma and CRO buyers.

You will own pricing, strategy, and collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Operations to ensure market fit and strong performance. This role offers a path to impact across global markets.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences with hands-on antibody-based products/services.
• 5+ years managing a service/portfolio; antibody-based reagents a plus.
• Experience leading a small team in Product/Marketing roles.
• Direct BioPharma/CRO experience preferred.
• Portfolio management experience including revenue and lifecycle tracking.
• Experience with global sales channels and distributors.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Develop deep understanding of BioPharma and CRO segments and market size.
• Architect and execute market research to guide portfolio investments.
• Lead and develop a two-person team; align with Custom Solutions Lead.
• Manage and expand CST's antibody portfolio roadmap for BioPharma discovery and clinical applications.
• Own end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and commercialization of custom services.
• Build data-driven business cases for expanding into new capabilities.
• Define pricing, contracting, and tiered service models for BioPharma and CRO buyers.
• Collaborate to ensure supply, SLAs, and delivery standards meet expectations.
