Cell Signaling Technology in Danvers, MA seeks an Associate Director, Strategic Marketing – BioPharma & CRO Solutions. You will lead the antibody-based product portfolio, manage a small team, and drive strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution for BioPharma and CRO customers.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Strategic Marketing and involves cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Sales, and Operations to align portfolio strategy with customer workflows and procurement models.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences (Master's or PhD)
• 10+ years in life sciences industry with antibody-based products/services
• 5+ years in portfolio management including service portfolios
• Experience managing a team; product management/marketing
• Direct BioPharma/CRO experience and global channels experience
• Strong cross-functional relationship building and problem-solving in fast-paced env.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two-person team (Product Manager and Product Marketing Manager)
• Define strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market for BioPharma/CRO portfolio
• Develop data-driven business cases and pricing/tiers for services
• Coordinate with R&D, Sales, and Operations across global markets
• Build messaging and campaigns with cross-functional teams
