Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is hiring a Product Marketing Manager, BioPharma, CRO & Custom Solutions to translate deep knowledge of BioPharma and CRO buyers into compelling messaging, sales tools, and campaigns. You will lead go-to-market plans for niche segments and support custom services including conjugation, mass spec, and antibody discovery in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in product marketing or related life sciences role.
• Direct BioPharma/CRO experience and antibody knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop positioning and messaging for BioPharma and CRO buyers.
• Create segment-specific value propositions considering regulatory context.
• Plan campaigns and collaborate with MarComm, Channel Owners, and regional teams.
• Build training and tools to support commercial teams and distributors.
• Track campaign performance and report insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to align delivery with messaging.
