Covaris, a PerkinElmer company in Woburn, MA, seeks an experienced Marketing Director to drive global marketing strategy and brand leadership for instruments, consumables, and reagents. You will work across Sales, BD, Applications, and R&D to align product messaging with market needs and regulatory requirements.

The role requires 5+ years leading biotech marketing, deep science knowledge, and the ability to translate data into actionable plans. Up to 15% travel is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in life or physical sciences, with advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with Covaris objectives and revenue targets.
Lead market research to identify customer segments and needs for new products and platforms.
Drive digital marketing including company websites, SEO, webinars, and content.
Represent Covaris at industry conferences and events to build relationships.
Lead regulatory marketing readiness for clinical/IVD products, understanding FDA considerations.
Collaborate across Sales, BD, Applications, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering.
