Covaris is seeking a Marketing Director to shape global marketing strategy for instrumentation, consumables, and reagents across life sciences. This role partners with Sales, BD, Applications, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to translate customer needs into compelling messaging and compelling product requirements.

The position reports to the VP of Business Development, Marketing, & Product Management and offers a path to lead cross-functional teams with significant market impact

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical sciences required.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in marketing.
• 8-10 years in branding and product marketing for biotech instruments.
• Experience across genomics, proteomics, or related fields a plus.
• Knowledge of FDA regulatory marketing a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop global marketing strategy aligned with Covaris objectives and revenue targets.
• Lead product launches and branding across cross-functional teams and geographies.
• Drive digital marketing including websites, SEO, content, and campaigns.
• Represent Covaris at industry conferences and events to build relationships.
• Lead marketing for regulated clinical and IVD markets and ensure compliant messaging.
