Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life or physical sciences required.
• 8-10 years of branding and marketing leadership experience in biotech/industrial instruments preferred.
• Experience translating customer needs into clear commercial messages and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Strategic and tactical marketing across global markets.
• Lead product launches and branding efforts for Covaris instruments, consumables and reagents.
• Develop global marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives and revenue growth targets.
• Drive digital marketing with websites, content, SEO, social media, and webinars.
• Represent Covaris at industry events and conferences; coordinate with R&D, manufacturing and sales teams.
