Covaris, a PerkinElmer company, in Woburn, MA, is seeking a Marketing Director to lead global marketing for instruments, consumables and reagents used in multiomics research and clinical applications, translating customer needs into compelling messaging.

You will collaborate across Sales, BD, Applications, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering, shape strategy and product development, lead launches, and oversee regulatory marketing for FDA-regulated markets. Travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life or physical sciences is required; Master's preferred, PhD will be a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a Marketing organization.
• 8-10 years of experience in a role focused on developing, launching, and leading a brand.
• Experience in Marketing in the Biotech world focused on instruments, automation and consumables as well as branding products for clinical and Pharmaceutical markets will be beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work across multiple research disciplines such as genomics, epigenetics, proteomics.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking and implementation skills; proven analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• In-depth knowledge of molecular biology; NGS and proteomics experience a plus.
• Experience with SalesForce is a plus.
• Critical thinking skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and timelines.
• Up to 15% travel, primarily domestic.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute global marketing strategy aligned with Covaris objectives.
• Lead product launches and branding across channels with clear value propositions.
• Drive digital marketing including websites, SEO, social, and webinars.
• Represent Covaris at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Lead marketing for regulated clinical and diagnostic markets, including medical devices and IVD (IVD) applications.
