The role is fully remote with a Southern California base, reporting to the principals. You will transform marketing from tactical to strategic, implement KPI dashboards, and drive measurable ROI across digital channels, brand platforms, and market campaigns.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (preferred).
• Experience within Architecture / Engineering or professional services is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into measurable marketing roadmaps and ROI.
