Capital One is seeking a Client Success Lead to supervise an Execution Manager and a team of project managers ensuring on-time, accurate delivery of Branded Card marketing campaigns within the Enterprise Marketing & Messaging Delivery team. The role aligns campaigns with business objectives and requires strong leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree, Military experience, or at least 10 years of commensurate work experience.
Experience in Account Executive, Customer Success, Operations, or Project Management.
3+ years of People Management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead an Execution Manager and team of project managers who coordinate the delivery of digital marketing and messaging campaigns.
Foster high-performance culture and ensure the team operates with a unified vision and consistency.
Build and maintain relationships with segment leadership and act as trusted advisor for marketing delivery.
Plan, prioritize, and refine strategic intent across delivery models.
Prepare and present content for Monthly Business Reviews and segment reviews.
