Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• 3+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum, Kanban or SAFe experience.
• 2+ years of Relationship management experience.
• 1+ year of Owned or Paid Digital experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute complex, multi-workstream digital marketing project plans from brief to deployment.
• Drive project execution with defined priorities and adapt to changing demands.
• Identify risks and blockers; develop mitigation strategies and escalate when needed.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to provide tactical direction and strategic thought.
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders and ensure clear communication and accountability.
