Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager- Client Success Lead in Illinois to drive on-time delivery of branded card marketing campaigns. You will lead an Execution Manager and project managers, coordinating with Card Business Segment Leadership to align priorities with business objectives.

You will oversee capacity, performance reporting, and roadmap alignment, while collaborating with platform leaders and support teams to optimize marketing delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in account executive, customer success, operations or project management.
• 3+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead an Execution Manager and PMs, ensure on-time delivery of campaigns.
• Serve as single point of contact for the Card Business Segment Leadership.
• Oversee planning, prioritization and execution of marketing initiatives.
• Manage performance reporting and participate in MBRS and reviews.
• Stay informed on platform roadmaps and align technology builds.
