Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Ability to ensure accuracy and high precision in tasks.
- Effective communications to convey ideas and needs clearly.
- Knowledge of business data analysis techniques to interpret data.
- Knowledge of activities to assess and document business opportunities including benefits and risks.
- Knowledge of requirement analysis methods to elicit and record business functionality.
- Knowledge of product design and development from concept to production.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer engagement activities including project intake, prioritization, requirements gathering, roadmap development, and solution adoption.
- Drive strategic analytics, reporting, application development, automation, and AI portfolio.
- Partner with engineering, supply chain, commercial, manufacturing, and product teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Lead development and continuous improvement of Power BI, Sigma, Snowflake, web applications, and AI-enabled business solutions.
- Facilitate project governance, stakeholder communications, risk management, and milestone tracking across the ICD analytics portfolio.
- Champion process improvement, standardization, and data-driven decision making.
