Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business strategy, communications, operations, consulting, or related field.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; data visualization skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SMC manager to develop strategic initiatives critical to the Dallas BU's success, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to inform BU strategy, support business planning, and identify opportunities.
• Support quarterly and annual business planning processes by preparing presentations, reports, and visual materials that communicate BU performance and alignment to company strategy.
• Support the development of presentations and materials for leadership, client, and team meetings to communicate strategic objectives and results.
• Independently manage cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and drive progress.
