You will oversee pursuit strategy, ensure high-quality submissions, and drive innovative solutions to win projects while coordinating with executive leadership and regional partners.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in the A/E/C industry with a bachelor’s degree.
• Proven track record in pursuit/proposal development.
• Supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and MS Office; Photoshop/Illustrator experience.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits; initially one direct report with growth plans.
• Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans with business development leaders; manage deliverables end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the Director, Pursuits to refine strategy and improve processes; align with marketing partners.
• Critically edit and proof content; manage print production and maintain marketing assets.
• Establish processes to ensure quality proposals and brand adherence.
• May manage consultants, develop award strategies, and collect case studies.
