Moss is seeking a Strategy, Marketing, & Communication Specialist in McKinney, TX to advance the Dallas Business Unit’s strategic initiatives. You will partner with the SMC manager to drive visibility, align priorities with corporate strategy, and lead cross-functional workstreams.

You will develop data-driven recommendations, craft compelling narratives, and contribute to leadership-ready materials that inform planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Strategy or related field.
• MBA preferred for higher exposure and advancement opportunities.
• 3–5 years in business strategy, marketing, or communications roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the SMC manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives for the Dallas BU.
• Conduct market research to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Prepare presentations and visuals communicating BU performance and alignment to strategy.
• Lead cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders and manage timelines.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.
