Responsibilities

• Lead a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits and develop their growth
• Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans with business development leaders
• Collaborate with the Director, Pursuits on strategy and process improvements
• Edit and manage content for proposals and presentations, ensuring quality
• Maintain marketing databases and materials, including resumes and project lists
• Coordinate across time zones and travel as needed to support pursuit activity
