Job summary

You will work with executive leadership, the Dallas Marketing and Communications Business Partner, and other stakeholders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in the A/E/C industry with a bachelor's degree.
• Supervisory experience and a proven track record in pursuit/proposal development.
• Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator; proficient with AI-powered tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits.
• Develop and oversee pursuit plans with business development and operations leaders.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve processes and cross-functional coordination.
• Critically edit and proof content, manage proposal deliverables and print production.
• Establish and enforce processes to ensure high-quality proposals and brand compliance.
• May oversee consultants and pursue project award strategies.
