Job summary

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, with strong written and verbal communication skills, experience managing cross-functional marketing projects, and proficiency in Asana and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience managing marketing, communications, events, or cross-functional business projects.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, manage timelines, and provide status reporting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external teams to define objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Align stakeholders on scope, priorities, schedules, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple marketing and communications projects from planning through completion.
• Maintain project documentation, workflows, and materials.
• Schedule and lead project-related meetings, events, and discussions.
• Run regular progress meetings and communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Assess team capacity, allocate resources, and track performance metrics.
• Provide visibility into portfolio health, dependencies, and obstacles.
• Create and track tasks in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Oversee high-profile events and company newsletter initiatives.
