You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, a quick learner, and able to multi-task across projects. Proactive communication with clients and teammates is essential; you’ll be expected to take initiative and deliver results with speed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Tweak autoresponder email sequences and write new ones.
• Assist in building campaigns in Infusionsoft.
• Select landing page templates and paste copy into pages.
• Choose templates for sales letters and format copy.
• Tweak copy on order/landing pages managed by the team.
• Assist onboarding clients and scheduling appointments.
• Format written sales letters into PowerPoint slides for videos.
• Take notes and repurpose content into action plans.
