Responsibilities

• Maintain the Marketing & Communications planning calendar and support the team’s use of Asana, keeping priorities and dates current.
• Serve as a project coordinator for assigned initiatives, tracking timelines, contributors, deliverables, and approvals.
• Help administer asset management and assist coworkers in locating and using brand assets.
• Support the development, publishing, and maintenance of intranet/SharePoint content and branded materials.
