SERVPRO Team Shaw in Texas is seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing & Communications to own marketing strategy and execution across multiple markets. You will oversee outsourced SEO and digital partners, lead events, and strengthen brand presence while driving measurable business results.

This role requires 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, strong project management and exceptional written communication. You will collaborate with sales and leadership to set budgets and track ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience with hands-on campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy and multi-market calendar aligned with growth goals.
• Manage outsourced SEO and digital partners, set deliverables and review results.
• Plan CE classes, trade shows, sponsorships and client events with ROI measurement.
• Maintain brand standards across locations, oversee social media, PR, newsletters, and collateral.
• Support sales with campaigns, campaigns materials, and lead-tracking processes.
• Create monthly marketing scorecards covering leads, CAC, revenue, and budgets.
