SERVPRO of Quincy and Hannibal is seeking a Director of Growth and Development to lead marketing campaigns, oversee the client database, and maintain active involvement with local and regional associations and trade shows. You will drive growth, build relationships, and deliver superior service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have a marketing or business background, at least five years of direct sales experience, and at least one year of management experience, with industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum five years of direct sales experience.
• At least one year of management experience.
• Experience in building a strong team with leadership skills.
• Experience in cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
