Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Ten or more years of progressive marketing or communications experience with significant leadership responsibility.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership and market leaders to drive strategy and execution.
• Experience leading strategic planning and hands-on execution across multiple markets and segments.
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, vendors, and marketing technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead an enterprise-wide marketing and communications strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as strategic advisor to executive leadership on market growth, competitive positioning, and customer engagement.
• Translate goals into actionable marketing plans with KPIs tied to revenue and brand equity.
• Lead annual and multi-year marketing budgeting, planning, and performance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies across campaigns and disclosures.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team, fostering accountability and disciplined execution.
• Represent the bank in the community and industry to support relationship development and brand visibility.
