Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial strategy, marketing, sales operations, pricing, commercial excellence, business analytics, or related functions.

Responsabilités

• Translate portfolio strategy into actionable commercial plans to support revenue, share, adoption, and profitability.
• Develop segmentation and prioritization frameworks aligning Marketing with Sales by targeting high-value opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify growth opportunities and strategic account priorities.
• Drive execution plans connecting upstream strategy, downstream marketing, sales activation, and field adoption.
• Lead annual and quarterly commercial planning aligning objectives with priorities.
• Own pricing strategy and governance across product portfolios, with recommendations for growth and margin realization.
• Monitor pricing trends and discount disciplines; lead pricing reviews for performance improvements.
• Develop commercialization frameworks to improve field adoption and customer engagement.
• Build field-facing analytics tools, messaging, and account plans for consistent execution.
• Establish dashboards and KPI frameworks to measure pricing, promotion, account penetration, and growth.
• Serve as liaison across Marketing, Sales, HCS, Commercial Ops, Finance, and Leadership.
