CONMED Corporation seeks a Senior Portfolio Marketing Leader to drive the Advanced Surgical portfolio’s growth, strategy, and market penetration. This role partners with Sales leadership and field teams to shape commercial plans and accelerate adoption.

You will translate market insights into actionable programs, lead branding and messaging, and guide a high-performing marketing team across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in medical device or healthcare markets.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading commercial marketing strategies and portfolios.
• 5+ years partnering with sales organizations and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial strategy and business performance for Advanced Surgical portfolios.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase adoption, utilization and revenue.
• Partner with Sales to drive portfolio growth and commercial execution.
• Oversee go-to-market strategy and product launches.
• Lead brand strategy and customer-focused marketing initiatives.
