• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in medical devices or healthcare marketing.
• 5+ years of people leadership.
• 5+ years leading commercial or portfolio marketing strategies.
• 5+ years partnering with Sales leadership.

• Lead commercial strategy and business performance for Advanced Surgical portfolios.
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption, utilization, revenue, and portfolio performance.
• Develop programs, messaging, tools, and resources for customer engagement and Sales effectiveness.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and commercialization for new and existing solutions.
• Drive cross-functional execution of product launches and other growth initiatives.
• Lead portfolio positioning, value propositions, and clinical/commercial messaging.
• Develop integrated marketing initiatives that increase awareness, adoption, and market penetration.
• Build alignment across Sales, Product Strategy, Clinical, Finance, Regulatory, Communications, and Commercial Operations.
