Job summary

DBL Law and Excel Title Services in the Cincinnati/Louiville area seek a Marketing & Business Development Specialist who is organized, proactive and relationship‑driven to advance marketing, client engagement and growth initiatives.

You will manage the CRM (HubSpot), coordinate client events, support attorneys and practice groups, track opportunities and ensure follow‑up is never lost. Collaboration with attorneys, leadership and the Excel Title Services team is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, liberal arts or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM (HubSpot) as day-to-day administrator and data steward.
• Coordinate client events, seminars, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Support attorneys and practice groups with business development plans and materials.
• Track opportunities, follow-up, and engagement in CRM.
• Prepare proposals, pitches and client presentations.
