Job summary

Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Specialist to partner with the Marketing & BD Manager and regional practice group leaders. The role blends corporate marketing strategy with high-end creative execution to keep the firm’s brand, proposals, and digital presence competitive.

The successful candidate will draft RFPs, create compelling marketing content, manage digital campaigns, and support budget tracking while collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to present

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive corporate marketing and business development experience, preferably in a law firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support, conceptualize, and execute marketing initiatives across a multi-state footprint.
• Draft and refine multi-state RFPs and pitches with strong formatting and positioning.
• Create and update visual assets for digital and print media while maintaining brand guidelines.
• Develop content for campaigns, biographies, and client alerts in collaboration with attorneys.
• Maintain the firm website and produce engaging social media content under supervision.
• Contribute to high-impact client presentations using PowerPoint and analytics tracking.
