About the Role

Reporting to both the Director of Business Development, this role provides essential support across all BD initiatives, including:

• Updating and maintaining CRM data and BD databases
• Supporting proposal and pitch development, including RFP responses
• Coordinating events and assisting with logistics
• Maintaining attorney bios, practice descriptions, and key credential materials
• Conducting client, market, and industry research
• Preparing briefing materials and generating reports for leadership
• Supporting cross‑functional BD projects and administrative needs

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in legal marketing strongly preferred
• Professional services experience is required if not from legal
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to handle deadlines, shifting priorities, and collaborative team support
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing databases is a plus
