Job summary

DBL Law in Covington, KY is seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join in person. You will manage HubSpot CRM, coordinate client events, and support attorneys and leadership with growth initiatives, while ensuring opportunities are tracked and followed up.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attentive relationship management, and comfort working with partners and real estate referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Two to four years of experience in business development, marketing, or client relations.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage DBL Law and Excel Title Services' CRM, data accuracy and reporting.
• Coordinate client events, sponsorships and attendance tracking.
• Support attorneys and practice groups with business development plans and materials.
• Assist with proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Monitor and report on referral activity and engagement trends.
