Advanced Roofing is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead marketing strategy and drive business development across Florida markets. This role blends marketing, lead generation, CRM, and sales pipeline strategy with commercial growth objectives.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in B2B marketing/BD, strong leadership, and hands-on CRM/pipeline experience. This is an onsite, full-time position based in Fort Lauderdale with extensive regional travel and ownership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years in B2B Marketing, Business Development, or related roles.
• 3+ years of leadership, cross-functional projects.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
• Experience with trade shows, industry associations, networking events, and market development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies to support growth.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets, services, customer segments, and opportunities.
• Build division-specific growth plans with operational and business leaders.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, industry trends, and channels for new business.
• Lead initiatives to increase qualified leads, customer acquisition, and pipeline opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and reporting connecting marketing and BD to measurable results.
• Manage budgets and evaluate ROI to guide resource allocation.
