Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B Marketing, Business Development, lead generation, growth strategy, demand generation, or related functions.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams, initiatives, and cross-functional projects.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI.
• Experience with trade shows, industry associations, networking events, and market-development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies that support company growth objectives.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new markets, services, customer segments, and business opportunities.
• Build division-specific growth plans in partnership with operational and business leaders.
• Identify market opportunities, customer segments, industry trends, and channels that can drive new business.
• Lead initiatives designed to increase qualified leads, customer acquisition, market penetration, and pipeline opportunities.
• Establish KPIs and reporting that connect marketing and BD activity to measurable business results.
• Manage budgets and continually evaluate ROI to determine where resources should be increased, reduced, or redirected.
